How do I complete a return?
Please email info@poppiemae.com - include order number and reason for return. We ask that you wait until your return has been approved before mailing the purchase back to us. We are not responsible for items mailed back without first being approved and cannot guarantee a full refund in such events. Once approved, please include your packing slip and mail it along with the item(s) you wish to return. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

*Sale Items - Discounted products & Promotional items.
There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully
*Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items sent to us outside of this date will be returned to sender at the senders cost.
We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order upon arrival (even when purchasing for a baby that may not be born yet) to ensure any returns or credits that need to be processed can be done in the allocated time frame.

Can I return items?
We hope you LOVE your purchases but if you don't, we will be happy to accept your return within 14 days of your purchase.
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items must be in their original condition and within 14 days of purchase. These items must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item I purchased online?
Returns must be received within 14 days of your purchase. Items can be returned after the 14 day period but will be credited back as a store credit.

Can I exchange an item?
We cannot guarantee that the style or size will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange. Please follow directions for a return and we will issue you a store credit to purchase the items you wish to exchange for. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for shipping fees associated with mailing the items back to us.
Who pays for shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in the event of a defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Gift Returns
If you would like to return an item purchased directly from Poppie Mae that was gifted to you, please include a note indicating this is a gift return along with the buyer’s name and order number if known in addition to your name and email address. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
