Shipping rates are determined by USPS and may vary depending on your location and the weight of your product.

Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday during business hours.

We have 48 hours to fulfill your order with the exclusion of purchases made on weekends and holidays, as those will be fulfilled the following business day.

We ship all orders from our warehouses located in Woodstock, GA and Oakdale, CA.

 

International Shipping

All international packages are shipped via DHL Express or USPS with the service level at Poppie Mae's discretion or by upgrading to International Priority shipping. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. The value of the package is listed to customs as the subtotal (before discount) and includes shipping costs. Poppie Mae assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

Shipping Policy - Delays and Express Shipping

We do our very best to ship all orders on time and use trusted carriers like FedEx/UPS/USPS. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier.

Express Shipping

If you select an express shipping option, we will ship your order within the promised processing time so it can arrive by the carrier's estimated delivery date. Please note: carrier delays due to weather, operational issues, or other circumstances outside of our control are not guaranteed.

Late Deliveries

  • If your express shipment arrives late due to the carrier, you may be eligible for a shipping refund through the carrier's delivery guarantee program.
    We are happy to assist you with the claim process if needed.
  • As a small business, we cannot always refund express shipping fees directly when the carrier is responsible for the delay. However, we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue.
